a. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App:

• Supabase: Used for data storage, user authentication, and backend services. Your app data is stored securely in Supabase databases located in the EU.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions across platforms. RevenueCat tracks purchase receipts and subscription status to determine feature access.

These services only receive the data necessary to perform their roles and are contractually obligated to handle your information securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

b. Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights, enforce terms, or prevent fraud or abuse.

c. Business Transfers

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

ForkCast is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.
